Kevin has been involved in the Banking and Finance industries since 1972, initially as a Senior Finance Executive and subsequently as an Independent Broker since 1980, specialising in the structuring and packaging of finance programs for Clients to assist them to maximise their tax and cash flow positions by implementing sound and effective finance solutions.
Kevin relocated to Brisbane in 1992 where he held a senior executive position with a large diversified Accountancy and Financial Services business. Once again, the focus was on delivering satisfactory Finance and Banking outcomes to meet individual Client needs.
In early 2001, Kevin helped to establish the Asian Pacific Corporation business in Brisbane. This business offered the full range of Financial Services to both existing Clients and the market at large.
In February 2005, Kevin established the ZigZag Finance business at Red Hill. The business offers a full range of Mortgage, Banking and General Finance facilities to both Private and Commercial customers and Investors.
Kevin is a Full Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and a founding Member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).
Kevin is also a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and an Affiliate Member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).
Kevin holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), a Diploma of Mortgage Lending and a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
Through his membership of Australian Finance Group (AFG), Kevin currently holds accreditations with over 25 lending institutions including all major Australian Banks and many Building Societies, Credit Unions and Non Bank lending institutions, in order to provide a wide range of competitive products for his Clients.
All business is conducted by Kevin Pardella as the transacting Broker.
